From Quito

Distance: Approximately 200 km.

Transport: You can take a bus from the Quito bus terminal to Latacunga. From Latacunga, take another bus to Quilotoa.

From Guayaquil

Distance: Approximately 300 km.

Transport: Take a bus from the Guayaquil bus terminal to Ambato. From Ambato, continue by bus to Latacunga and then take another bus to Quilotoa.
